HoloMonitor® Live Cell Imaging System

HoloMonitor®: An Innovative System for Live Cell Imaging

HoloMonitor®, developed by Phase Holographic Imaging (PHI), is a live cell imaging system that enables non-invasive, real-time analysis of living cells within standard CO₂ incubators.

By utilizing digital holography, HoloMonitor captures detailed 3D images of cells without requiring any dyes or markers. This preserves cell integrity and enables long-term studies.

Its compact design allows easy placement into standard incubators, ensuring stable and physiologically suitable conditions for cell cultures. The accompanying App Suite software provides automated cell imaging and analysis capabilities, offering insights into cell morphology, motility, proliferation, and more. An optional fluorescence module can also be integrated for advanced analysis of cellular behavior.

HoloMonitor offers a user-friendly interface and workflow, making it a valuable tool in cancer research, stem cell studies, drug development, and cytotoxicity testing.
